<< FWIW, I emailed the FDA yesterday to find out if ARYC had even submitted a test for review or done the paperwork required to be in line for review and they had not.
Not only was the ARYC test not approved, they were not even seeking approval. >>
That is what I have been trying to tell everyone for the past few weeks. The FDA provides a list of companies and tests that have submitted for approval. ARYC is NOT on that list.
It seems that ARYC was acting like a "drug dealer". They were giving their "runner" information to bring to the public. They were thinking that if their "runner" got caught, then they would have plausible deniability. But that seems to have finally backfired on them.
