(ii) Who are the named inventors?
(iii) Are they obliged to assign all rights exclusively over to DECN as part of their terms of engagement?
(iv) If so, for what consideration?
(v) Has any WIPO filing been submitted? if so when.

Until there are answers to these questions, any discussion of IP(if it even exists) is largely moot.
