Just in my opinion and speculation for as little as that’s worth. I’ve been invested and following since after the KaloBios fiasco. Just my own thoughts on what direction the company wants to go. I think working under the umbrella of bigger Pharma company with more resources will protect what they have accomplished so far. That is something I could see Durrant wanting to do, a better access to funding then having to resort to notes and groups like LPC, but who knows.

They don’t seem too interested in putting out info that isn’t legally necessary in order to try to gain attention to their work. Most of what they do and disclose is within the industry itself, or legally obligated information.
