Do you have any clue what you talking about?

They may convert it to a QDot display manufacturing facility??

BOE"s latest display fab facility is 1.3KM long. At the current rate of construction Assam would finish it in approximately 4,658 years, give or take a month. It also cost about 7 billion dollars. You don't convert a building into a display fab.
