It seems pretty clear that the link is associated with the DECN diabetic test kit. The last update was posted to this FDA page on March 25, 2020, which was several days prior to the COVID-19 test kit PRE-EUA submission. The DUNS NUMBER is different than the number assigned to the DECN PRE-EUA Application, which is PEUA200232.
