With the hearsay in mind, it is now being suggested that CEO Keith Berman was LYING on MARCH 30, 2020, when he signed and attested DECN's Supplemental Information Statement, which clearly disclosed it would take 8 weeks to finalize the DECN COVID-19 virus test kit product specifications!
Given the specification process was commenced about 2 1/2 weeks ago, the DETAILED PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS are targeted to be finalized in mid-MAY! The manufacturing scale-up will start AFTER the specifications are in place. Again, per the SIS, the full product commercialization process will consume 120 DAYS from March 30, 2020!
