They are not saying, but what they don't say might be somewhat telling.

For instance, if they were in a process of selling assets or otherwise winding up the affairs of the company, wouldn't it be criminal not to produce an 8-k along the way? I'm not saying that it would be, because I don't know. But a good lawyer might be able to make the argument that unreported material things were happening if TMPS turns out to be no longer interested in DOD contracts, but instead desires to be a used jet plane parts retailer for L-1011 owners.
