Doesn't look that way. More like waiting for reload.
This was mostly the MM's, but the few times we saw NITE or CSTI move ahead of diluters on the Ask, that was flipping.

Being led around by people who tell you what you want to hear, is not only dangerous, it's not much of a trading strategy.
