Yep, in wars of any type the socially disadvantaged always suffer more.

Though the virus itself doesn't discriminate, we have created the environments it invades.

1918 pandemic morbidity: The first wave hits the poor, the second wave hits the rich
Svenn-Erik Mamelund
Conclusions
For the first time, it is documented a crossover in the role of socioeconomic status in 1918 pandemic morbidity. The poor came down with influenza first, while the rich with less exposure in the first wave had the highest morbidity in the second wave. The study suggests that the socioeconomically disadvantaged should be prioritized if vaccines are of limited availability in a future pandemic.

We do know which party would be at least more more likely to allocate first
vaccines to the socially disadvantaged. This one has a bit that goes to that.

Of course the rich are getting tested first. The wealthy always do better during a pandemic.

The rich are not different. They can get sick and die. Just like the rest of us.
P - But they have more options, and one of those options is to throw money at the coronavirus.

It was Plato who said, “He, O men, is the wisest, who like Socrates, knows that his wisdom is in truth worth nothing”
