SMART MONEY, with these BIEI thoughts...

I do believe that you might be right with the thoughts you shared below regarding BIEI. I think the company should use their twitter account to tweet updates on when the overhang is done or to where it's not an issue to where there are no more dilution concerns. Maybe it won't matter because the volume has been buying it up regardless and any overhang should be either done or nearly done.

Over the past 2 weeks, to include today, over 2 billion shares have traded and with the recent TA update reflecting an OS of 671,379,258 shares, it seems that there is some shorting that could be going on. This is volume in the amount of roughly 3 times the amount of the OS and Float that have traded. With the right news, this could have an even greater move from where it has originated from with its earlier lows.

but of course, people need to understand a plan to eliminate convertible debt is very positive news, but its a big difference from has eliminated as in past tense


so yeah people should expect some "overhang" as you refer to it

until 100% of the convertible debt is gone

and imo ASCM has nothing to do with any of that


I just believe they are short-selling contrary to some beliefs
