Is there any form 8 filed?

You need to study up here son.. What is said in a PR and what is filed with the SEC are entirely two different things.

This company is slipping big time by not updating there information to the public.

Thereby they are now misleading the investment community and that could be considered fraudulent and illegal.

Now go back to reading investment 101..
