So tell me who the transfer agent is? He wouldn't tell me and seemed very angry that I would want to know.

He will tell you what ever warm and fuzzy feeling you are looking for but when it comes to facts and figures he won't tell you anything!!!

When he asked why I wanted to know the transfer agent I told him Because I wanted to ask how many shares are OS.

He then tried to talk his way out of the mess by telling me well it should be about XXXXX many in the float.

I told him that I am a facts and figures kinda guy and that answer is not acceptable. So he responded with you mean you want to know what it exactly is today? I said yes that is correct.

Then he said to email him and he would give answers to my questions. So I emailed twice now and ....

Guess what no reply...

Now as a share holder I think that sucks and if he doesn't tell me who the transfer agent is I will file a complaint with the SEC as the information on Pink sheets is misleading and false..
