Yes, interesting indeed.

Some things I'm considering:
1) Is the acquisition a done deal?
2) N'East doesn't publish very often, so this is a great way to fund it's expansion by increasing both the publishing frequency and indirectly it's subscriber base.
3) Both N'East and Erino have REAL products, unlike most pinks.
4) All three companies have pro web sites, instead of the hack-jobs most pinks attempt.
