I often hear that there is hope for "the big money" to come some day, as we are sitting in the same boat as the hedge funds do and as the hedge funds are quite relaxed without doing any appeals. Thus there should be no worries about not getting something back (beside the few share which we got) anytime in the future.
But although hope is nice of course, has anybody ever tried to get in contact with someone of the hedge funds to ask for their opinion and why they didn't start any appeal (if I'm informed correctly) ?
I think it should be easier to get information from them than from any other persons which have been involved in this case directly.
What does David Tepper say ? What is his opinion ?
Has anybody tried to contact him regarding this matter ?
