If they issue the delinquent quarter, brokerages like Fidelity should permit trading again. I certainly think it would be of benefit, but I suspect they'll release both reports at the same time as I've gathered the third quarter of last year had problems, I'm not aware of the specifics as I wasn't an investor then.
