They have never stated they have something solid from Nasdaq and they never will. They have always said they are talking with Nasdaq and doing what they ask, but guess what, that has never brought an uplist. The SP was never a problem, we have been above $2 for a long time with no uplist. So why now that we are back around 0.55 do we need a reverse spilt???? It's not going to help until FDA clears the way. The SP is not and never be the problem to get to Nasdaq, it's the FDA. I will vote NO for reverse split and I don't understand why anyone would vote for it. Won't help us now.
