Vaccine about a year out. They still need to go thru the various clinic phase trials, even being fast tracked. I expect the Saudis and Russians will continue to play games and Saudis will continue to help drive price down with increased production. This will BK a majority of the speculative U.S. oil/shale/fracking companies. Stockpiles will be maxed out. However, once a vaccine is available and personal and business travel and commerce gets back to near normal, Saudis will ramp down production and oil supply fears will begin. Crude prices will hit $80+ by next summer.
