Why would he keeps grabbing more shares... ? If there is a rumor that he wants to take the company private, I am sure current holders would hold to make him pay a fair price, IMO. But, I guess he only knows what he is up to... <sigh>

One thing for sure, this stock is well, well, undersold now... !!
