Was expecting the facility to be open by mid April, but now with the pandemic my target has shifted.
The big question will be whether the facility will be able to operate before the public meeting requirement is met.
With the pandemic it may be a long while before the Town will be allowed to hold an open gathering.
If I was a betting man and I guess I must be because I am investing in the sub-pennies, the RI government will do an end around and allow the facility to operate under a hazardous medical emergency order without the need of the public hearing.
