Guess how many Americans were hospitalized during the 2017-2018 flu season. Did you hear anyone yelping about that year? I didn't. Must have been an ordinary year.
I'll tell you how many. The number comes from our very own WWW.CDC.GOV. It's a pretty loose number: 620,000 to 1,400,000. They'll refine that in a year or two or three.

How many people have died of COVID-19 in the US so far this season? Just got that off my computer, too: 3,170.
