Actually its a really good time right to rely on the State for assistance at the moment. The have buckets of healthcare cash from the Feds and the leeway to make concessions at the moment.

Any other time, it would be a deaf ears. But I will say this, it is likely no or never give the latest impacts.

I'm pretty sure it will work out.
