What's the difference in the filings? I thought these guys were supposed to be experts. Yet every time they have to resubmit "revised/ updated" filings. Maybe someone with a paid version of Adobe Acrobat can compare filings and see the revisions. They offer it free for 7 days.

Choose Tools > Compare Documents. Choose the documents to compare. You can limit the comparison to a portion of the documents by entering the page numbers in the First and Last page fields under each filename. differences between the graphic elements, select Compare Text Only.
