Would a Christmas bonus considered free money? You are not entitled to a bonus but receive a bonus. What should that be considered?
A divy is the same concept. You are really getting something that you did not already have which I say is "free."
BUT you are right, no one gives anything for "free." OR maybe there is a catch... Guess what, Corr and management is also a shareholder who will be receiving "free" money.
