It seems some are (still, after over a decade) expressing confidence (sometimes to the extent of cockiness) that escrow markers are "soon" going to get compensated handsomely. And in response to that many who listened to this apparent wisdom for years (who have now become disheartened) would like the former to cease their confident proclamations.
Solution: agree on a time limit.
Since there is absolute certainty expressed by some every year, and every year it fails to fruit, it seems fair to require by group agreement that such claims must cease after next failing.
My proposal- If escrows remain without significant compensation by Dec 31, 2020 (eoy), no further claims of knowledge of impending payment can be made by any parties who have made such claims in the prior year.
All those in favor say "Yay"
All those opposed say "Nay"
