Keep in mind that having both vaccinations does not preclude you from getting a different strain of pneumonia. My wife and I had both vaccinations pretty much as soon as they came out and still had a milder form of pneumonia last winter. Not a real serious form of pneumonia but coupled with other circumstances like the current current virus could be deadly.
