Best guess: 1,000,000 COVID-infections in USA?

More tests = more positives confirmed.

There are betting-pools out there (USA specific):

1. 1,000,000 confirmed cases?

2. 1,000,000 deaths?

3. Confirmed 'cure' or 'approved drugs' announced?

4. Confirmed vaccine announced?

My guesses are

1. April... sometime
2. hopefully never because of 3
3. Late Apr - late May
4. 2021
