I hear ya. I agree with the accuracy of Arrayit's test. I am hopeful Mark and company are working on the 5 minute test result, as opposed to requiring to send the sample back to Sunnyvale. With respect to the legal aspects, imo, that is what a consumer driven business must contend with it today's litigious society. The toxic lending should be eliminated due to the gov't loans available to Arrayit in this new environment. I believe they will have their legal issues resolved by the middle/end of next month.
