Issuing more debt to repay previous debt obligations, is this what this is all about here??? Sounds like a wife who doesn't know how to use a credit card correctly...
And as I said long ago about Ellison and many of today's CEO's out there- because what we are seeing right now with this Carona thing and massive insurmountable point swings on DOW never seen in its history, and great potential to bring USA into a Great Depression too, there needs to be changes to ALL corporate structures as far as salary packages, as so many CEO's and their friends at the top, have salary packages which effectively are designed to strip any drop of wealth from the very companies they are supposed to manage and support jobs that drive that industry or business; and they have ALL become self-serving in doing this...
Fkng GREED from corporate Execs has, and is, killing MANY jobs and industries out there today, besides the SEC's blatant blind eye to brokers/brokerages allowing shorting events/naked shortselling schemes to go on altogether, every bit of it continually erodes US companies and others and brings many into bankruptcy eventually... Change is needed in a BIG way.
