RVNC doesn’t yet have a marketed product, but botulinum-toxin treatments in general may hold up better than you thought they would—see #msg-154588684.
p.s. Getting a botulinum-toxin injection does not require a lot of contact between the injector and the patient. The injector will wear disposable gloves and a mask, and the injection time is brief (less than one minute for a typical cosmetic treatment). The biggest COVID-19 risk to a botulinum-toxin patient is from other patients in the waiting room or building lobby.
