Five years ago I noted that all of those who expected 1B or more should hire a contingency lawyer

Hire a lawyer for 30% or whatever of the action

To do so you all would have to convince a lawyer to spend part of each week for say 2 years working for us --- but to get say 30% of 2B

Everyone of those who said - wait big money is coming - said let it play out - wait for A then wait for B then wait for the 11 to close - then wait

Well you all waited and expected

So yes - sit down with a great lawyer - present your case - convince them of the value of 30% of what you see - and hire them - yesterday !
