Is there a signed definitive agreement?
Do we know there will be?
Do we know for how much?
Do we know the terms?

No...to all of the above. There has been no disclosure of a material event...

So when ANY of those details are disclosed or the material event is disclosed and the market goes “oh wow...time to buy” and the stock goes nuts...they have a problem with those “buys”.
