okok, last comment then i'll drop the hotel thing.
a waitress taking your order in a restaurant doesn't seem any differernt than a person taking your order through the phone in a hotel? isn't that part of the cost savings premise of uwink? (granted yes, way more orders being placed in the restaurant).
