They aren’t an SEC filer...the SEC doesn’t give a rip unless it is some massive fraud assuming it even comes across their radar screen. One look at the financial disclosures and share accounting will show how meaningless it is. The numbers don’t add up...they could be random and have as much meaning...and nobody will come knocking. Not even OTC Markets cares...as it doesn’t for a large majority of the non-reporting crap out there with incoherent financials.

There would be no real way to now if they were real. Just the reality of “alternative reporting standard” stocks.
