<< THIS IS NOT A NEW OFFERING!!! Today's filing is an AMENDMENT to the original Reg-A filing back in September of 2019. In that Reg-A, 300mil shares were offered at .01. Today's amendment lowers the amount of securities that can be sold to 100mil and raises the price to .03 per share. >>
