I was under the impression that they were responsible to put out an 8K in any publicly-traded business that would alter their business in a positive or negative light to keep shareholders abreast of current events. Is it your interpretation that they're not responsible to because of the form 15 guidelines there under. I do not possess the skill set to decipher the nuances associated with those parameters.
