ARYC cannot PR at the moment. They filed an SEC Form 15 and went completely dark (which prohibits them from posting PRs).

In order to PR, they would

- need to hire an accountant (since the last one resigned on them)
- need to post financials (which they haven't done in over 16 quarters)
- file an SEC Form to come out of the dark

That won't be happening anytime soon.
