The only legitimate confirmation of gold sales would be for PT to put those numbers in an 8k. You can pretty much say anything you want in a PR. The SEC is too overburdened to really track and enforce that stuff.

After multiple PR's so far stating that gold has been produced and/or sold, we have yet to see an 8k saying as much. Until then ...
