because the loans were already dealt with as 8 laid out.

The way that it was "laid out" was not even about the same two notes that just became convertible. It was about a previous one that "matured" about this same time, not become convertible. It was a completely miscue of an explanation.

Do your own research, use third-party sources, and don't buy into the hype.
