Let's see, if there were any of the fictionalized short sellers, which there are not because no one would short a stock near zero, but if there were, their case would be supported by an actual, verifiable share price that has hovered near zero for over 3 years, trades on the grey market, and has the SEC seeking to revoke its shares.
The long case, having reinvented itself over and over again with if's, maybe's and oopsie's, now seems to be pinned on a contract with terms that are unknown, still held up in a legal dispute, and about to suffer the unknown consequences of the affects of a worldwide pandemic.
Everyone can decide how this plays out, but with the share price at $.0002 and no one buying, it looks like everyone except perhaps a tiny circle of longs has already decided.
