The SEC ignores 8-Ks filed by Form 15 companies.

I am researching another dark company where the CEO has filed the over 15 pumping 8-Ks - the SEC told me it was a waste of time because they weren't vetted.

Unless every item in the fake 8-Ks are verified the information is worthless.
