that's what ive been saying all along...the r/s is NOT tied to an up list like many think...it CAN be done in conjuction with an up list or all by itself with an up list coming some other time...or never..

you get the pps to about $1.60 then kim can dilute 1 mil shares...the problem is, the volume will drop to about 40-50k per day...that means 1 mil in dilution will greatly affect the pps…

but as far as kim is concerned, who cares?..he'll end up with about $1.2 or $1.3 mil bucks and can stumble along for a little while longer...

of course by then the pps will be a lot closer to a dollar than 1.60...which means about 2.5 cents instead of 4 cents...

but hey!..what a great buying opportunity!...
