Maybe 50 50. The case is so weak and poorly presented by CC it would be 90 10 if things were honest. This ALL political, so who knows what they might do. Thsi whole thing was brought by IFX, MU, etc with help of Rep Otter from Idaho etc. Lots of conflict of interest with FTC.

I did notice that the FTC got slapped down hard on the no-call thing. RMBS could be penalised and then a judge might just throw it out.

FTC is making a power grab here, and it may worry some.
