They probably have the phone ringing off the hook right now with prospective deals willing to close any and all deals. Ezra will be in the drivers seat when it comes to negotiating deals. With all the liquidity that will begin, Ezra will have NO problem getting funding for to build/acquire low income housing. WIN, WIN.
