IIPR seems particularly weak during this sell off. Strange considering how strong their latest earnings was, the news of the deal with Green Thumb and the hike in the dividend. A high dividend REIT should be doing better on average in this market. Any idea what the market concerns are? Are we particularly at risk of clients collapsing and that undermines our business model? If not - why the weakness?
