Well, if he was such a great CEO, he wouldn't be in this predicament again, now would he?? Besides, if the company "has no debt" as you state, then getting a few small loans to get the supposed "projects going" wouldn't be a big hit to shareholders! There is no need to reverse split if the financial stability is in such great shape! A small line of credit should do the trick right?????
