You have literally NOT stated facts when you "claim" :

1. "The CEO created this business from scratch"

- Not factual at all; it was a pre-existing company re-branded and re-named through a shell company reverse merger. Niagara Mist.

2. "Had global success"

- Really? Point to one money making instance and explain the "global success"

3. "then fell on hard times, then recovered to pull his company completely out of debt"

- Fell on hard time because of poor management, no sales, and then performing a reverse split for which he promoted he wouldn't do. You then say they are COMPLETELY out of debt, yet no financial filings since 2018 exist to prove this!
