On March 9, 2020, Terra Tech and each of Derek Peterson, Chairman of the Board, and Michael Nahass, President, Chief Operating Officer and a Director, entered into stock option forfeiture agreements (“Forfeiture Agreements”), pursuant to which each of Mr. Peterson and Mr. Nahass agreed to forfeit and cancel, for no consideration, all of their vested and unvested non-qualified stock options of the Company.
