Lishur, I took pictures yesterday from Publix & Lowes Food Stores here in NC look just like that. Empty !!! They say people buying paper towels to rip down for toilet paper now, and I tell them to let people know NOT to do that. Millions of septics in this reason and paper towels WILL NOT disintegrate in a septic sewer system like toilet paper is designed to do, and it will clog them and the leech field pipes up...
