Potentially some good news from Italy, but also some sobering news for the US.

Lodi, Italy implemented a shutdown on February 23 and the infection curve looks like it flattened by March 13. Bergamo waited until March 8th so if the shutdown works we should detect a flattening by the end of March or hopefully sooner. Sadly, the US and its leadership are still in denial.
