Ex doctor Barry Ginsberg. Now theres a name from a pile of OTC scam tickers that rings a bell. Thats the death knell of CTYX for sure with him involved.

I pulled the string on this, and, yep, he's been tinkering in this shell already.

He has a corporation called Green Life, Inc with his name on it.

Also has the same virtual office.

Green Life had some of the convertible debt for CTYX, converting shares at $0.0005 with the PPS in the $0.002's - 3's. Not great by pump standards, but not bad return on a loan.
Two 10M conversions turning $5k each into $25k or so.

There is $250k remaining convertible debt, up to 500M shares... we are completely in the dark about who holds it, but it is still on the books.
